Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have the work done at that time. I called him back this year and he quickly responded, came out, re-quoted me, provided a sketch and ETA of when he could start and finish work for a concrete patio in our back yard. He was very communicative and explained the things that needed to be done and offered recommendations on grading for drainage. He told us how long we needed to let it sit before we could walk on it as well as how long we should wait before adding furniture to it. He completed the job in one day which I was not expecting but was happy for the quick turnaround. There were a few finishing touches he needed to complete and said he would be back out the next day, since it rained he was not able to make it and came back out the following day. All of which he communicated to me every step of the way. I would not ever question his professionalism or ethics based off my experience, and I can be a stickler for craftsmanship, principles and ethics. read less

He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, always on time, provided great communication throughout the project and even followed up after it was complete to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
